Delivery
Your new glasses will be delivered to you via Royal Mail, first class recorded delivery.
Your order will normally be with you between 5-10 working days from placement, however due to the complexities of certain lens and coating combinations please allow up to 28 days.
If your order is time sensitive please advise us in the extra comments part of the order process. We will go to every length possible to deliver in time, or alternatively advise you if it not possible.

We are convinced you will be delighted with your purchase.
Such is our confidence that in addition to your statutory 12 months guarantee, we also offer a 14 day no quibble return policy on every item we sell.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply advise us via this site and we will send you a returns form and arrange a replacement or full refund.
