In short, you can order from Just Rimless if:

-You are over 16 of age.
-You have a prescription within 2 years or within the interval advised by your optician.
-You are NOT registered blind or partially sighted.

Your purchase will be covered by any statutory rights you have as a consumer as well as our additional 14 day, no quibble money back guarantee.

A contract will not exist between Just Rimless and a customer until an order has been accepted.
While we attempt to ensure that all product descriptions on our site are up to date, minor variatitions are possible due to changes on the part of our suppliers.
All goods are offered subject to availability.
Persons ordering must be over the age of 16, and must be ordering goods for wear by those over the age of 16. Just Rimless by law cannot supply spectacles for wear by those under the age of 16.
Persons ordering must not be registered blind or partially sighted. Just Rimless by law cannot supply spectacles to those registered blind or partially sighted. The details we request to complete your order must be supplied from a prescription under 2 yrs old, and one that has been issued by a ophthalmic medical practitioner, ophthalmologist, optometrist, ophthalmic optician or another body authorised as such.
In order to process your order accurately Just Rimless require that your prescription is acccompanied by a pupillary distance. If you do not have this measurement it may be adequate to use an average value decided upon by our dispensing optician. Unless advised otherwise we will assume you agree to us processing your order in this way.
With regard to the above Just Rimless will only supply spectacles in the range of +/-6.00 in the SPH portion of your prescription unless a pupillary distance has been measured.
Goods should be inspected on receipt for loss or damage. In such cases the goods should not be used and Just Rimless should be informed as soon as possible.
Goods will be supplied with an invoice detailing the prescription. This should be checked before the spectacles are worn. If there is any discrepancy between this and the prescription ordered then Eyeful Tower should be informed as soon as possible and the goods should not be used.
The stated price of the goods both on the site and on your invoice includes VAT at the current rate.
Because Just Rimless are supplying a custom made product, payment will be taken upon acceptance of the order, but only if we are in a position to progress with the order.
Goods are supplied with a 12 month guarantee against defects in quality or workmanship. Goods will not be replaced where signs of mishandling are obvious. Liabiliy arising from goods supplied by Just Rimless will not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
The above terms form part of, and may be in addition to but do not affect your statutory rights.
